As lifelong Hoosiers, the team at TriEthics Housing Group is deeply rooted in the spirit of Indiana. Our mission is inspired by the legacy of Al E. Polin—a dedicated community activist and lifetime resident of Mapleton-Fall Creek—whose commitment to neighborhood service set the standard for our work. We carry that torch forward through our founder, Brent Polin.
TriEthics was born from a simple but powerful belief: affordable group living should never mean sacrificing dignity or comfort. After seeing the current housing market options for single family households, Brent Polin set out to create a better way forward. He envisioned a place where independent individuals could maintain their personal agency while knowing they had a genuine support system behind them.
That vision became TriEthics—named after our three non-negotiable pillars: Honesty, Empathy, and Accountability. We don’t build institutions or temporary fixes; we build safe, communal homes where “Integrity Lives”. Today, we proudly serve residents across Indianapolis and beyond, operating not just as a housing provider, but as a dedicated community we have called home for generations.
